Surah 90 Al-Balad (The City), ayat 13 – 17

1. فَكُّ رَقَبَةٍ

   It is the freeing of a slave

   90:13

2. أَوْ إِطْعَامٌ فِي يَوْمٍ ذِي مَسْغَبَةٍ

   Or feeding on a day of severe hunger

   90:14

3. يَتِيمًا ذَا مَقْرَبَةٍ

   An orphan of near relationship

   90:15

4. أَوْ مِسْكِينًا ذَا مَتْرَبَةٍ

   Or a needy person in misery

   90:16

5. ثُمَّ كَانَ مِنَ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَتَوَاصَوْا بِالصَّبْرِ وَتَوَاصَوْا بِالْمَرْحَمَةِ

   And then being among those who believed and advised one another to patience and advised one another to compassion.

   90:17
