Surah 40 Ghafir (The Forgiver), ayat 2

تَنْزِيلُ الْكِتَابِ مِنَ اللَّهِ الْعَزِيزِ الْعَلِيمِ
The revelation of the Book is from Allah, the Exalted in Might, the Knowing.
