Surah 42 Ash-Shura (The Consultation), ayat 34

1. أَوْ يُوبِقْهُنَّ بِمَا كَسَبُوا وَيَعْفُ عَنْ كَثِيرٍ

   Or He could destroy them for what they earned; but He pardons much.
